Sarah is an advice column fanatic and former academic studying nineteenth-century women's literature, currently writing, reading, and researching in Philadelphia, PA. Throughout her career, she has covered everything from zoning ordinances in local government for a city council beat to sustainable alternatives to fast fashion for eco-friendly fashionistas. While working towards her graduate degree in English at the University of Texas at Austin, she also worked as an editor at Atmosphere Press, a local publisher. Sarah turned in her cowboy boots for sneakers in 2022 and moved back to her East Coast home, where she enjoys turning Eagles jerseys into cute crop tops.


Sarah holds a B.A. in English and philosophy from the College of William & Mary, an M.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin, and a certificate in bioethics from Yale University.
