  • His short story, "Stitched Up" was featured in a collage of short stories titled, "Screw Bridgete."
  • Alongside his love for writing, Kyan spent the better half of 2021 diving into works of music — collaborating with internet music producers Blinge and Nitetime, while also publishing creative think-pieces covering artists such as Childish Gambino, Travis Scott, and Britney Spears.


Kyan Patten has expressed his diverse knowledge of entertainment, music, and health through written work for as long as four years. He has since transformed his muses into professional publications through websites catering to his ideal audience. In 2020, Kyan began producing content for the pop culture blog Pink Tea Pop. There, the lifestyle enthusiast wrote over 100 articles, ranging in topics from mental wellness to celebrity news. Alongside his passion for all things media, he has published works of poetry and short stories. He is currently working on a collection of his own literary work, titled "Boy Is Grim."


Kyan earned an associate's degree in Computer Science from SUNY College at Morrisville. There, he spent his time indulging in a variety of creative writing courses that molded him into the writer he is today.
