Sara has covered a variety of lifestyle topics in her decades-long journalism career, both as a reporter and an editor. Her writing has appeared in international publications and includes four years as a weekly pop culture newspaper columnist. She has been a featured speaker at several conferences and appeared on radio programs (CBC, talkSPORT) and TV shows (The Social, Cooking for Love, POPaganda) in three different countries. A passionate Anglophile and follower of the British royal family, she spends as much time as possible travelling around England and the rest of the United Kingdom. She is also the author of three children's books about South Africa.


Sara has a Bachelors degree in journalism from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
