Fact: We would basically buy anything that Meghan Markle has ever worn, if we could afford it that is! The Duchess of Sussex's fashion is always on point at formal functions and when she's just keeping it real in jeans. Yes, she looks great, even when her and Prince Harry's drama reaches a boiling point with the Queen.
From Meghan's accessories, including her go-to handbags, to those jaw-dropping Aquazzura high heels she is known to wear, which even Kate Middleton took style inspiration from, we bow down to the royal's fashion sense — and her casual sneakers are no exception.
While the California native's sister-in-law is known for sporting Supergas (she wore them with khaki pants recently during her controversial royal tour of the Caribbean), Meghan has shown a preference for another brand of kicks (via Glamour).

Similar to Kate Middleton's trademark white Supergas, the shoes Meghan Markle favors are classics, and can be paired with jeans or black pants with equal success. And, we swear Meghan's favorite sneakers are not only versatile, but within reach price-wise. No — seriously! Okay, well, if they're on sale the sneakers are a little more accessible for most of us.
In any event, we first saw these stylish sneakers that would become one of the Duchess of Sussex's hallmark shoes when she stepped out at the 2018 Invictus Games with Harry down under in Sydney, Australia (via Town & Country). While royal fans admired her look head-to-toe — because how sweet was it that she matched with Harry? — some fashion-savvy spectators zeroed in on her black and white sneakers.
It was soon making headlines that the Veja brand kicks retail for $140 (and up) and can be purchased at retailers like Neiman Marcus.
Kate Middleton has also been known to wear Vejas
Not surprisingly, the exact Veja sneakers Meghan Markle wore were sold out soon after she sported them to the 2018 Invictus Games. Years later, you can definitely get your hands on a pair, however.
In fact, it seems Kate Middleton took a page from Meghan's style playbook and scored a similar style. The Duchess of Cambridge donned a pair of Vejas in a lighter hue in June of 2021 (via Prevention). She's also been known to lace up a pair of metallic Vejas, preferring these over her sister-in-law's black and white kicks.
