HGTV "Home Town" star Erin Napier shared a touching tribute to husband and co-star Ben Napier for his birthday on Instagram, and let's just say the birthday cake wasn't the only thing that looked extra good. Erin's post featured a snap of a shirtless Ben in the gym, offering photographic evidence of his remarkable fitness transformation.
A burly man at 6 foot 6 inches and 300 lb, per Erin's 2020 Instagram post, she's lovingly nicknamed her husband "Big." But Ben has seriously slimmed down on a stunning weight loss journey that the HGTV star confirmed he started to improve his health for himself and the couple's daughter, Helen, especially given his family's history of heart problems.
"Having Helen made me want to be healthier so I could be around a lot longer and see her grow up and see her whole life," Ben told Country Living. And if Erin's birthday post is any indication, we'd say Ben has accomplished his fitness goal.
Erin commended Ben for his optimistic attitude

Before becoming HGTV stars, Ben and Erin Napier met at Jones County Community College in Mississippi. Ben told E! News that he first saw his future wife rocking a pixie cut and baggy jeans, admitting, "It was like, 'Oh, man, she's so cool.' From that moment on, I was hooked." Lucky for Erin, too — she had a crush on Ben for an entire year before finally getting the attention of "the guy on campus that everyone knew."
